Order Processing and Shipping Policy

Please note that all orders will be processed 5-7 days from the date of purchase. An email will be sent to your order email address to confirm the order has been successfully processed, and another email will be sent to confirm the item has shipped (been fulfilled). The Shipping email will include the mail tracking number so you can track your shipment.

The shipping times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for your order to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business Days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may ship earlier than expected. All orders using the ‘Standard - Local’ shipping method will be mailed free of charge. The orders using the ‘Standard – International’ and ‘Express’ method will be charged at the rate quoted during the order process.

Hong Kong orders may use the SF Express Pick-up (Home Delivery Extra Cost) delivery option. This option will incur a charge of $15 HKD at the time of ordering, which includes the cost of delivering the item/s to a SF Pick-Up location close to your specified delivery address.  There may be additional charges to be paid directly to the SF Delivery Team if you choose to have the goods delivered directly to your home or office. These charges are $20 HKD for 'normal' delivery addresses or $35 HKD for 'remote' addresses in the Hong Kong location. The SF Delivery Team will outline these costs at the time of arranging the goods to be delivered to your specified address
